Frequently asked questions.

  • Before we begin working together, it’s important to have an open conversation about what you’re hoping to gain from the support and whether it’s the right fit for you at this time.

If you’ve worked with me before, you’re welcome to book your session directly online using the link I’ll provide.

  • After our Clarity Call, if we both feel that we’re a good match to work together, we’ll confirm the date of your first session.

I’ll then email you my Terms and Conditions along with a payment link. Once payment is completed, I’ll send you the Zoom link for your session.

    • 1-Hour Session: £45 (Standard) / £30 (Concession*)

    • 30-Minute Session: £25 (Standard) / £15 (Concession*)

    * Concession pricing is available for those receiving benefits or not currently working due to caring responsibilities.

  • I offer different rates to ensure my services remain accessible to everyone. The concession rate is available for those facing financial challenges, so no one misses out on the support they need. This flexibility allows me to reach and help more parents and carers regardless of their circumstances.

  • The 30-minute session option is designed for those times when finding a full hour just isn’t possible. I understand how busy life can be, especially when you’re caring for others, and this shorter session aims to be as inclusive as possible.

  • I bring a combination of personal experience and professional training to my work. As a certified coach, I’ve also trained in Stress Management and Non-Violent Resistance (NVR).

Having supported a close family member through serious mental illness, I understand the emotional toll it can take. I have experience of:

community care; inpatient services; hospital meetings and reviews; self-harm and suicidality; advocating for my daughter and fighting the system.
