Mentoring is about working together to figure things out. It’s a supportive partnership where I offer practical ideas, guidance and strategies to help you with whatever is feeling tricky right now.
We’ll focus on your unique needs and explore ways to make life feel a bit easier while ensuring that your own needs are fully supported.
What mentoring is NOT
Mentoring isn’t about telling you what to do or making any judgements on the choices you’ve made.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, and it’s definitely not about me taking over.
It’s a safe space where we’ll collaborate, chat openly, and come up with solutions that really work for you.
